“Brings a new kind of comfort to everyday life...”
“Clean, minimalist and attractive.”
A chair should encourage you to sit the way you want to sit. To move the way you want to move. We all sit differently, and Noho Move encourages you to be you.
Why Move
01
For every activity
For play, work, dining and everything else we do in the dining space, the Noho Move Chair subconsciously supports you in every posture. It’s there, but not there, if you know what we mean.
02
For health
The body is born to move and is happiest and healthiest when in motion. Noho Move allows unrestricted freedom of movement, which makes our bodies happy; a happy body is a healthy body.
03
For comfort
Freedom of movement means freedom to get comfortable. The design of the Noho Move Chair improves circulation and eliminates pressure points, while the breathable open weave shell helps to regulate body temperature.
Never sit still

Highly Evolved
01
10,000 Hours
Thousands of hours of research led to a simple observation: the human body is constantly moving, even when seated. Your body is happiest when it's in motion and a chair that encourages you to move is unquestionably good for you.
02
Thinking outside the chair
Noho came from the simple question, why can't we have beautiful, ergonomic furniture in our home? And then a statement—the world doesn't need another chair; it needs a better chair.
03
Prototype. Test. Learn. Repeat.
The Noho Move Chair evolved through rigorous prototyping and testing in the Formway lab in Wellington. The design process moved between theory, computer simulation and real-world building and testing to prove the idea and ensure the product fits our lives and our bodies.
