Please read carefully before ordering.

We want you to love your purchase and we want to make sure Dine is the perfect table for you.  The Dine table is NOT RETURNABLE so we strongly suggest ordering a material sample or getting in touch with us so we can help make this the perfect purchase.

If your Dine table is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will work with you to return the product and get you a shiny new one. For full warranty information, visit our Warranty page.

Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery.  Note any damage observed on the delivery slip before signing for delivery, take photos of packaging and contents, and reject delivery of items where the packaging is severely damaged or not intact.

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your table. As a general guideline, we suggest the following:

  • When you move your table, make sure you lift it rather than pulling or pushing it to avoid damaging the floor, legs and mountings.
  • Always remove stains quickly before they can do any permanent damage to the table.
  • Wipe the hard surfaces with a cloth using water or a neutral detergent when dirty or to reduce surface damage over time.
  • Test any cleaning product in an inconspicuous area prior to cleaning the main surface
  • Be careful not to scratch or damage the table surface with sharp objects.
  • Avoid placing the table timber table in direct sunlight.  Wood is a natural material and will change in color over time. 

Wood is a natural material and therefore has inherent natural variability in color and grain pattern. While every effort is made to maintain a consistent and quality product, we cannot guarantee the exact look of solid timber tops. 

Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. That's why Dine comes with a five (5) year limited warranty. If you do have a problem with your Dine Table, please get in touch with us immediately, and we'll help resolve the issue.
