Our open box program is the next step in our journey to create a more sustainable product and lifecycle. We offer our customers a 100-day trial and free returns on new products. Most people love our chairs, but occasionally, some return them—after all, sitting is a highly personal experience.

We thoroughly check, test, and repackage each returned chair, ready for life in a new home. Our open box chairs arrive to our new customers in “like new” condition.

Our open box chairs are final sale; returns are not accepted and are only available as stock allows. All our open box chairs include free shipping and carry a full five-year warranty.

Designed and made in New Zealand from reclaimed materials including ECONYL™ (made from waste such as fishing nets and old carpets), and recycled post-industrial polypropylene.

Assembling the Noho Move Chair is quick (3 minutes) and easy:
  • Open the box, remove the Noho Move seat cradle and place it upside down on the floor (ideally a soft surface like carpet).
  • Locate the four legs and remove the protective wrapping and cardboard.
  • Attach each leg to the seat cradle by matching its geometric shape location-guide sticker to the corresponding sticker on the inverted seat cradle. Be sure to slide on each leg until you hear a “click”, indicating that the leg is safely attached.
  • Turn the chair with its attached legs upright, checking that each leg is securely attached.
  • Congratulations, you’re now ready to move!

Care:

If your Noho Move Chair gets a little grubby, simply clear away any debris, and use a cloth with soapy water to clean the entire surface area.

Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. That's why all our Noho Chairs come with a five (5) year limited warranty, including open box Noho Move chairs.
